Update AllegroROM_Repartition for Lenovo  A516 

changes
OS itself remained unchanged (well, except that vshil "extreme" update from the author, is now immediately after the firmware version 0.3a). The main work was done in the other direction, namely:
1.Urezan system partition to 500MB (500MB added by the installation of applications)
2.Urezan empty / unused partition preload up to 4MB (196mb rest of the space is also given by the application)
3.Well and finally trimmed profile cache to 26MB. Since the official updates on this unit is no longer in sight, I believe that the size of which was (128MB) is too large. Suffice it to 26MB, and these (the rest is naturally in favor of userdata).
The obtained result can be seen in the screenshot below.
