Stock Rom for Allview X2 Soul For SP Flash Tool
1:Install drivers in calculator
2:Make sure you have USB debugging on and Quick Boot off
3:Power off your phone
4:Enter in SP Flash and select the scatter file
5:Hit Download
6:Plug your phone in Calculator
7:Wait for installation
DONE
UNFORTUNATELY THE ROM IS ROOTED AND HAD CWM RECOVERY

OK, nobody helps me but i finish the problem but i have a new problem.
i do sim card (lycamobile) to try if its going but i dont can call its come:
fiirst: USSD code started
then: "Verbindungsproblem oder ungültiger MMI-Code"
whats the problem? no card go or what i make the i have 3G and Network
this phone are big problem with the usb jack and usb drivers
what i can make now?
before the Flash from Allview was my Gionee not with this problem,
after i dont can call and nobody can call me because its stopps everytime. how can i fix this?

Can't flash because when i click download or firmware update SP flash tool have a error, and the last line USRDATA is empty :/
How to fix it?
You have to follow in device manager it connects the phone, then try to install or uninstall the USB driver and then manage to enter another phone firmware in flash sp tool
I have only in this rom problem with USRDATA, other roms are ok
