The ROM isn't rooted. Please tell us how to root. I tried VRoot but it didn't work.

  My mistake. You can root the phone with VRoot. I haven't tested the GPS yet. The only bug i found is that notification LED doesn't work.

I already flashed this rom, but after I install it, it stay stuck on lenovo logo even after wipe cache, wipe data, and format system, what things should I do?

Arizal same happened with me.
I had to restore it and then I flashed it. I didn’t wipe system and data. Only cache.
And maybe your Twrp is not CN based.

Is this the real lollipop custom rom for lenovo s650? Does it have the same features with the exact lollipop or just a custom with kitkat running?

It’s just a Kitkat rom android L themed. Very few L type features but the developer has released v3 for some phone and will release for this phone too(I messaged him few days ago)
v3 is very good. So it’s worth flashing.
Advice: Everything is good except Google Now Launcher. sucks your battery. Use Nova Launcher
