Crash mobile network when using GPS + 3G on UBER or Grab… similar app. I must restart device or waiting at least 1 minutes to re-connrect again.

I have connection problem with cellular data (LTE) and no luck with 3G either. I can't connect to internet or browse anything. wifi works fine tho. The odd thing is that Spotify can play songs over cellular data
This might have something to fo with ports i guess 
And Bluetooth speaker works compared to CM 13
