Note : For people having battery drain issue due to wifi follow this method and continue 2 charge cycle to see the improvement….
Goto Settings and press search button on top right corner….type in "Scanning" now u should get results like Wifi Scaning open it and disable it….and also if u feel drain due to google play services download the app "My Android Tools" in playstore and disable the things mentioned in this thread

There is a new app in /system/app called "FineSearch" which opens to the newly added search bar as a part of Quick Settings tile. Seems like zopo added it to promote yahoo which sucks. I leave it to the user to remove it if u want. Don't ask me to remove it from quick setting tile, anyone who know how to do it are welcome to do it coz i hate it too

This is my take on the AOSP 6.0 for Lenovo K3 Note….
AOSP_PURE is ported from Zopo Speed 7 just like it was done during the early lollipop days, with the help of few tutorials available on the internet I managed to port a stable marshmallow rom with few bugs obviously, its a learning process for me and those who wish to test it or modify it are welcome to do it but please credit me and people in my credit section and also please comment in the thread what u have done to correct the bug because in the end all we need is Fully functioning ROM and knowledge of how to do it….
AOSP PURE based on the latest firmware of zopo speed 7 with latest security updates. It is not a modification to zoromax port. This AOSP release has very few modifications so that the user can do whatever you want. Have fun!!!

this is a stable release except for the usual LED and D2W stuff….rooted, gapps installed, busybox and is MultiLanguage…
This rom comes as two versions ODEXED and DEODEXED
ODEXED ROM means the app have seperate odex files to make them open faster. The odexed rom usually boots quicker but the boot time increases as the number of apps installed increases. In general odexed roms are snappier than deodexed rom but modern smartphones have better processor to make this delay negligible.
DEODEXED ROM means the the odex files are placed in apk instead of being a seperate file, so every time an app is opened it is extracted to load the odex file in memory which takes more time than having odex files outside. But again in current gen processors the delay is negligible. Deodexed rom has long intial boot time but after the first boot no matter how many apps are installed they boot at the same time.
WARNING TEST THIS AT UR OWN RISK….BACKUP EVERYTHING U HAVE BEFORE DOING ANYTHING…
Boot into TWRP recovery
Wipe Dalvik Cache, Cache, System and Data
Flash the file
Reboot….

With cheeskin kernel LED works here. Could you please try to enable double tap to wake here? With smart wake it does't work. Very smooth rom btw, keep it up

youtube is crashing when i try to play any video. any fix??
I don’t have problem too…may be u r using any exposed module with regards to YouTube….in my opinion viral lite is the one I use

I have no problem with playing youtube videos. Dunno, maybe cause im using og youtube version.
Hmm…the SOT is atm well, but the battery consumption with Screen off seems to high. Its something about 1-2% per hour :/ So in the night im losing 10% in 6 hours. It shouldnt be more as 3-5%. I will try to test it more.
I have no idea how the battery is since I am constantly working on something so flashing a lot rather than using it…if u could post some details about battery after complete usage it will be helpful

regarding led may be in the next update if possible….i just want to know the battery thing so that i can fix it if there is an issue cause doze is not possible in k3 note due to the lack of sensor hence the standby isn't that gud, may be u can try naptime app by fransico franco available in the playstore and see if it makes any difference, he is a great developer

really….no one else complained and jst now i checked…its working…i didn't mess with any network files, may be u r in a less coverage area…try in a better area…which version are u using
i guess there is an issue, i have two version and assumed there is no problem in both and just found one of it has the sms issue…i can't release a fix for it, may be a full rom update again….which u can dirty flash
The offline charging screen is broken since version 1.2

Youtube cannot play. Also there are some video playback problems. Like my ADT security app playing footage.
i am about to release another update and hopefully it fixes ur adt app playback….youtube works for few and not for some…but i just found it supports only upto 360p which i fixed in the new update….
