I collected the firmware from the new sources.
I added to the firmware, the ability to enable and disable SIM cards

The installation via TWRP
Be sure to make a Backup, in case something goes wrong.
1. Download the firmware, place it in the root directory of the cd card or phone memory.
2. Turn the smartphone into recovery mode and make a wipe: Dalvik/ART Cache, System, Cache, Data.
3. Go to "Setting" and select the firmware, then start the installation.
