This is the stock rom for Archos Hello 5.
Warning:
This is rom is not signed therefore you can't simply flash it with SP Flash Tool. An unlock bootloader is strongly advised for this rom to be flashed. If your bootloader is lock you will brick your device.
Select DA_SWSEC.bin as the Download-Agent in SP Flash Tool.
To flash an unsigned rom you need to press ctrl+alt+v and click on Window > Write Memory . Refer to the scatter file for the Begin Adress of the partition your flashing.
