   Does not work for me, looks like flashtool installed TWRP recovery sucessfully, but still original recovery is installed.

   I allowed oem unlock in developer options before flahing, but is diaalowed afterwards.

     Try this …

     After flashing, enter immediately in TWRP at boot using POWER and VOL+ keys at the same time until Logo.

   well twrp works great … but android no more with this recovery installed. yust always boots into teamwin. flashing system.img won't help. flashing original recovery will bring back android to life.

     i have to correct this: android won't start any more when it was encrypted! Without encryption twrp works.

     I now have working: TWRP, BV2000s Rooted, No Gapps
