Modded ROM + TWRP for Blackview E7 (mt6737)

Disclaimer! If installed incorrectly it can freeze your device

Team Win Recovery Project (TWRP), is an open-source software custom recovery image for Android-based devices. It provides a touchscreen-enabled interface which allows users to install third-party firmware and backup the current system, which are often unsupported by stock recovery images. It is, therefore, often installed when rooting Android devices.

It's basically a stock ROM with some slightly modified task manager, I use it for about 4 months and I didn't notice any bugs

The ROM is fine but I can’t seem to get the recovery to flash. I formated and flashed the modded ROM and it booted up successfuly. Then I tried to flash the recovery but with no luck. In SP flash tools the green check mark appears as it has flashed the recovery. But when I try to go to recovery all I get is a Blackview logo followed by a black screen then it reboots to the OS. After that I tried to get into the recovery but all I got was the default recovery screen (Android laying with a red triangle above it). Please tell me if I am doing something wrong. I am using all the tools and files from your zip file.

Sorry for not responding for so long. Go to the developer options, enable USB debugging and OEM unlock, then power off your device. Open flash tools and install twrp recovery. when its done immediately power on your device and enter recovery (power and vol+) stock blackview recovery will open, navigate to recovery and press vol- button. If every thing is ok you should be greeted with a twrp logo. Tap reboot and everything should work fine. Good luck!

Okay I did what you said. I installed your version of the firmware. Botted up went to the settings enabled USB debugging and OEM unlock, powerd off, flashed TWRP, and when I tried to enter the recovery (with vol+) I got the same thing. Blackview logo flashed then black screen followed by a regular reboot. What is happening? I did everything even using format all when i flash your stock firmware. What now?

firts install the rom, turn it on then off, then install the recovery and after installation immediately enter the recovery and instal something via twrp like surpersu or xposed, exit the recovery and everything should be ok.
