Firmware for Blu Advance 4.0L ( A010l, A010u ), scatter format f9r spflashtool
can use SP_Flash_Tool_v3.1320.0.174 to flash or any other with Blue logo.
After flashing you must perform a hardreset to device in order to apply updates
Blu says that with this updates problem that stuck on logo is fixed!

This is the first time I am flashing a cell. My Blu Advance 4.0L was freezing on first initial boot image. Using this firmware now my cell is operating normally.
I have just one comment:
After installing the battery and trying to boot up, my cell behaved as before, freezing on initial display.
I removed the battery again and re installed back and after that it kind of reset by itself and my cell became alive again.
