I bricked my Blu phone yesterday and spent about 6 hours fixing it. I am posting this ROM so that other people don't have to go through this experience! It is basically the stock ROM posted by  flako_skinny  but with a few extra files to restore functionality and a different scatter file to his

Blu seem to have their own variant of Android somewhere between KitKat and JellyBean. This stock ROM doesn't have support for mounting the internal sd card as a disk drive on your PC, so I have put a few files in the zip which provide this function.

I flashed the ROM using SP Flash Tool v 5.1628  It seems to work best with the battery, sim and sd card  removed

UPDATE:  You may find that the phone's IMEI number(s) have been deleted after doing a full ROM flash. You can re-enter them using the Chamelephon app from the Play store

Then I managed to root it using the RootGenius.apk 

You will probably have to run RootGenius several times for a successful root. I did

Finally mass storage support is provided by  USB Mass Storage Enabler.apk  if you need it
