Go to meta-inf—->com—>google—->android—->updater-script,open it with notepad++ and delete the first line(asserts, getprop, etc) then zip it again and flash it.You wont face the prob again……

The 8GB will be used for apps, data and cache only. If you want to use a removable storage use an external SD card. I'm using 64GB UHS-1.

I can confirm that internal storage isn't accessible. It is listed and usb and storage and I can access it through TWRP but under CandySIX not. Also, if I'm charging the phone while it is on the power on button isn't working so I can't unlock it or anything else. The only way is to unplug the charger. These two are quite severe bugs but I thank you for your work anyway and I wish you a good day.

I apologize. The power button issue was due to the fix-knopok patch I always use to correct the bug with the earphones button bug. Probably, it doesn't work with Marshmallow or something like that. I'll try the headphones and find out if they work out of the box. Unfortunately, the problem with internal storage stays and I've thoroughly followed the instruction (I've also formatted internal storage to no avail). Again, TWRP can see and access it, even usb and storage sees the free space but I can't access it, no matter how I try (I don't mean by usb but from the device with whatever file manager I've tried).

I've solved everything by myself. The problem was with the setup instructions which are rather misleading. First of all, the rom itself already includes GAPPS and SUPERSU so there isn't any need to flash them separately, this ending up in flashing them twice (I had noticed this since the beginning indeed I've always flashed only the rom and the cpu fix). Even more important than that is the fact that the sdcard fix (I presume it is meant for setting an external sdcard as internal memory) MUST NOT BE FLASHED by users like me who haven't an external sdcard and use only the phone internal memory.

That's all. There isn't any need to format the internal storage neither so, just to sum it up, unless you plan to use an external sd as internal storage the right install procedure is this one:

    Procedure to flash:

1.Put the rom zip,cpu fix in internal storage
2.First factory reset, then advanced wipe->wipe everything except for sdcard and internal storage)
    3.Flash CandySIX rom zip

    4.Then Flash CPU fix
    5.Then wipe cache/dalvik cache
6.Reboot and wait for some time as it may take time to boot

I would thoroughly test this rom and get back with the results here. By now I've noticed that, though it is multilanguage, some parts (mainly personalizations) remain in russian and this is a pity. I don't know if there is a straightforward way to translate even the missing part: should this be the case, I'm free to help.

    Have a good day!

Hello again. I can confirm that I’m using this rom on a daily basis and I’m rather satisfied. Good wifi and wifi tethering, good battery life, no force close or other kind of issues, good camera. I haven’t still thoroughly tested it but, apart from the localization issues and the problem with internal storage (which can be easily solved by following my revised setup instrucions above), I can definitively recommend it. I’d like to test Resurrection Remix (which I’ve seen has got good reviews here) but by now CandySix is perfectly fine for me.
