DESCRIPTION
Recently I developed a app named auctor for android, you can download mp3, movies, series etc etc. check it if you want in www.auctor.tv, its free.
Important
- Install with sp flash tools and Fimware Upgrade Option
- Backup IMEI and Data
- Dont install it on a G4SL version, it's only for G4S version
- The rom update the firmware touch screen and has been created by the official rom stock since jiayu released android 4.4 kitkat, so if you downgrade to Android 4.2 version, the touch screen will be not calibrated and only will work with Android 4.4 and later versions, you will need use a custom kernel to work with 4.2 versions, the kernel is in the g4s needrom section too.

- fixed maps, google services, gmail etc, because I needed add some new lib files in system/lib.

-it's the same as Chilapos v2 G4S-20141113-154404 but I changed the root tool with Kinguser, because SuperSu had some problems with the root permissions and the sdcard in the jiayu stock rom, for example, root explorer and mobile uncle could not show or have access to the sdcard when run it with root permissions.

- boot.img rooted and adb unsecure.
- system.img rooted with supersu v2.35 because the stock version dont have superuser as default.
- recovery.img modded with PhilZ Recovery
- Fixed gps and added extras in build prop to save battery without lose performance.
- Support all languages and english as default.
- Benchmark results with art: Antutu 5 32500, 3dmark 7050.

GPS work, but sensitivy on this phone is no good, this is hardware problem. Nobody can help you. In open sky is good, but in forest or in narrow street it shit.
Can I flash this rom to G5S?
GPS does not work with this ROM (use FasterGPS+EPO fix and without it). No signal. With SAOSP ROM works (not very accurate, but it works) . Why?
GPS works with this ROM. Install "Mobileuncle" click Engineer Mode – Mode MTK Engineer – Location Based Services – GPS ON and VIEW. After 10 to 30 seconds you-have red indicator and green after synchronization. If they are the first line coat is good, if not, it will not work. Problem is in the hardware and is designed for MTK chip.
Above all, installs "Faster GPS" and indicates where you are.
After installing all ROMs based on stock ROM 4.4 (Chilapos, MG, RAINBOW) I 've always done what you wrote, but never any signal (tested with GPS Test, max. half an hour) .
Musíš si přes mobile uncle tools zazálohovat IMEI a pak je obnovit. Taky mi to udělalo.

I have the same problem and it's becauce one or more batches of the white G4S have this problem / strange combination of hardware. Some are experiencing this and like me are waiting for a version fixing this problem. There is a thread in chinese in the office forum of jiayu, so hopefully in some time they fix this.
I got this problem with every single version of 4.4 (and I tried many)! So I'm in the dilemma of not beeing able to chance back to 4.2 due to inaccurate screen and not really satisfactured with 4.4 due to no recovery, not bootlogo…
Is the GPS working good with this Rom?
GPS is not sensitive, it is the hardware problem. No ROM can help you.
On the other phone I tinker the antenna, but on this model I have not yet found.

lucien85, for recovery you must plug in usb cabel and hold vol+ and start button.

Vladimir, I know this procedure, it work nice on my phone with 4.2.2 rom, but with 4.4.2 rom, the display stay black. I think than recovery work on back ground but without display. same problem with bootanim. I have a LG47 screen, it's probabli the cause of this problem.

I have to lg47 but eny difference betwin rom 4.2.2 and now Chilapos v1.1 G4S-20140912-213816. Some ROOT aps don't work correctly, but Irepaced with oders, otherwise, everything is fine.

Hi, have problem with my JG4S – few days after flashing V1.1 phone refused to boot…
After connecting to charger I can see battery status – almost full.
I tried to reflash with V1 and original stock ROM – I can flash with SP without problem, but phone is still dead

Thats what i have too with my G4SL, charging (with status on screen) and flashing is possible without problem, but can't switch on the phone, phone remains dead. I think its not a software problem, maybe a hardware problem from the power button? Help please!
Im afraid, that it is hardware problem – tried to flash different ROMs several times – including latest stock – flashing was finished with "green mark", but phone cannot be switched on…
Tried to contact supplier with RMA (Focalprice) and now Im waiting for their response
