Hello,
I have updatet a Rom for all china fake/clone Mi4 phones with one SIM-card slot and MicroSD slot.
+ installed gapps
+ installed root
+ cleaned bloatware
+ cwm recovery
Hardware : MT6582 (Qualcomm is Fake!)
Model : MI 4W
Build number : KVT49L
Build date UTC : 20140905-022725
Android v : 4.4.2
Baseband v: MOLY.WR8.W1315.MD.WG.MP.V15, 2013/12/31 14:08

Install ROM:
- Unpack FlashTools, and Click on Flash_tool.exe
- Select a the MT6582_Android_scatter_emmc.txt in ROM
- Wait file to be added into Flash Tool
- Turn off your phone.
- Choose Download, maybe Format before.
- and connect your phone into the computer via USB data cable.
- The process will start and a red progress bar will appear after color purple, yellow.
- And green circles display
- Finish !
- You can now safely disconnect your phone and turn it on.
If you got no boot just go in recovery and Wipe Data+Cache.
For Recovery hold Volume Up+Powerbutton.
※Please make a backup of your device before installing or updating ROM

The alps rom is perfect but …. you cannot call with your phone. All GSM related services are not active and sim is not recognized.
I've changed the IMEI as it had become blank, and it solved only part of the issue but not GSM connectivity.
So I'm interested to have feedback on this ROM or similar ones for the device…Thanks

Ok, no luck and no boot with this rom, even after wipe cache and data. Probably because I don't have a micro SD slot and therefore the phone is not the same….
I will try another one, or the alps one and try again on GSM. So far I rooted the alps one and use Xposed/WSM + IMEI changer but that wasn't enough, I could just retrieve micloud stuff.
I just got to the Lock Screen and the touch did not react, so tried to clear the dalkwin cache. The boot on the logo was pretty long, then booting a second time, and cannot unlock… I can say it's kind of working! Too bad. CWM recovery is there but that was the only feature I could enjoy.
