4. After You Back In TWRP … Instal The ROM
5. Wait Until Booting

I did a full wipe of everything you mentioned and tried to start but the only thing it does is showing the cyanogenmod logo. It won't boot.
Okay just forget that it works very good I just used another recovery to flash it and that was the error.
