because according to my info he is planneing to sell k3 note and has stopped further developments
So..he's his like me. ^^ I'll sell my K3N around October.
@dr Read my comment above. Cheshkin is not a part of the LR-Team. I also didn't noticed a new CM12.1 update from him on 4pda

This virus turns your phone into Chinese and has nothing to do with Cheshkin. Therefore not recommended, someone please report uploader.
I’m really considering this update from LR Team, as we don’t see updates from cheskin anymore.
One think that really irritate me about this is the “change log/ update log” as it seems like very unstructured documentation. I use my phone for private use and use it as a phone ant not just a gaming device. Therefore, such kind of documentation has be there!

i have 1 issue, when i flash this rom with twrp, it notified "erro 7". Anyone can help me??

Random Freeze and Reboot What To Do ?
Cheskin's last ROM, I used for several months. After being on for some time (an hour? two hours? a day? Five hours? Who knows?), the SD card would unmount itself. After a few months of this, the SD card corrupted. I had thought perhaps the SD card was faulty, but I read several reports of others with SD card corruption issues with Cheskin's CM12. That problem seems to have been fixed with this ROM. I use folder2SD to fake sites on the SD card and save things there automagically, it works well enough that I don't have to do anything else. I'm very satisfied with this ROM for these reasons.
HOWEVER, the SOUND is VERY QUIET. I can't be the only person to have this issue with this ROM. I visited the XDA thread for this phone here -> http://forum.xda-developers.co.....te-k50-t3158522
And I downloaded the MAXX Audio. When I install it to this ROM, this ROM becomse non-bootable. Is there any way to boost the volume with this ROM? If I could just get a volume boost then I would be perfectly happy to remain with this ROM.
