The CM 14.1 (nougat Android 7.1) is a rom in full development, with several features still missing and probably some things not working.
is to be considered a experimental rom
support for dual sim is in an initial state: you can use two sim, making and receiving calls, use the data connection and SMS
for the moment you can not turn off a single sim (only airplane works)

nfc (maybe)
Bluetooth
led notification/charger
FM Radio
Infrared
what is not working:
camera video rec not work on the app stock, if you need to rec a video just install footej camera
a lot of CyanogenMod customizations are not present or not working yet (circular battery, screen dpi, widget weather cLock etc etc)

due to some recent changes to the phone DB the upgrade from a previous version (beta1 or older) may not work (FC android.phone and not detect the sim). in this case you must do the full wipe and reflash.

first of all: backup all with twrp recovery 
download rom and opengapps (select arm, android 7 and nano)
wipe:
is not possible to upgrade from cm12.1 or cm13.0, in this case do a full wipe: in recovery select wipe->advance wipe and enable dalvik cache, system, data, cache
upgrade from previous (cm14.0) version
wipe cache and dalvik cache
new installation
full wipe (better do also format system)
flash rom
flash gapps
reboot (The first boot takes a bit 'of time)
Root access can be enabled in developers options

Great job.
After using Alpha3 for some days:
1. proximity sensor seems not work.

power: 0.1mA
2. dual sim cards(LTE/EVDO/CDMA + GSM) were installed, they work fine , but at my office ,
one of the carrier(cdma) has no signal， I want to close it to save power,
what should I do?

Bug report After using alpha4 for 2 Days:
Lock screen issue remains
ROM ist by far not as stable as alpha3.
Reoobts occur often especially during call.
Often a popup window comes up , wanting to end some apps (google app, Telefon app,power app)
Some times Bluetooth sign of notification switch
Doesn’t show its status correctly
Display is not fluently responsive
I will go back to alpha3 because this is great ,
Except the Lock screen issue

Trier some adjustment s on alpha 4: after switched off inactivity display, No more reboots, even
Lock screen issue disappeared!!

flashligth it's not working and can't open sd card from file manager keps saying has to be root even after activating root.

btw camera is recording, i tryed 720, 1080, 4k but no stabilization , not avaliable in 4k and instant crash in 720 and 1080 modes
I'm not getting more than 450kb/s dl either sim slot 1 or 2 with network defined to global both slots.
Is it right at this point? or shoul it be faster by now?
Hi Paolo, thanks for your hard work. I'm using this rom since yesterday because i got fed up with the notification issues of the original rom, and it seem like it's all working very well. Is there a way to swap the hardware buttons, with the back function to the left? there is a flashable zip for CM 13 that does this, could it be done for CM 14 also? Coming from a Lumia 1520 i really miss the back function on the left. Also, the IR remote doesn't seem to be working.

Already used resize2fs for the free space for the crypto footer but still says "No master key, so not ext4enc" and "Bad magic for real block device /dev/block/platform/msm_sdcc.1/by-name/userdata" and "Not a valid ext4 superblock", help plz I can't go out home without cryptfs
