To enable internal storage …..
you should flash the official k3 note ROM by using SP FLASH TOOL
And then flash custom recovery
And u can flash the any custom ROM
finally u can access internal storage
Other ROMs are enabling internal storage only with rom zip (I think it's a CM13 ROM bug).
this is not possible
