Version 2-room bug solved!
Procedure for the first installation:
Download and unzip the .rar file . Copy the drivers folder on your PC and the .zip files to the internal memory ( always remember that Umi X3 has no external sd card ! )
0- Install on PC drivers Oppo
1- Start the phone in recovery-mode (TWRP or CMW) and install the rom Umi-ColorOS_(by_Iceman).zip
2- Restart your phone
Bug found:
1) Reading phonebook contacts only from phone (by no sim);
(Solution: Before installing the rom Color OS, export the address book in .vcf)
2) Gesture do not work
Warning:
Before installing the ROM release the pin of the sim-card

This ColorOS ROM port looks so nice and feels so smooth that it almost makes me sad when I realize the missed true potential of this phone and what it could have been if it hadn't been thrown away so soon after being introduced to the market…
Overall, I've found two bugs:
- as soon as the video recording button is pressed, the camera application force-closes right away (also, sometimes gallery won't open through the thumbnail from within the camera application);
- custom gestures aren't working.
With those few bugs rectified and with a number of third-party applications removed (I like lean but skinnable ROMs), this could prove to be the ultimate Umi X3 ROM so far.

Does anyone know ho to fix 'invalid Imei' on this phone?
Try to install the original rom.
I get no carrier signal on my phone…. Althgough the slot 2 sim i am using is recognised it says its locked but no option to unlock by pin or anything else…. i can set the dual sim manager to recognise my sim but nothing….
before installing the rom coloros you must first remove the lock pin of the simcard
Iceman, c'è un problema con l'audio. E' completamente sfasato, in qualità, sull'altoparlante. Credo sia un problema di librerie. Inoltre non arrivano le notifiche delle applicazioni, messaggi e chiamate comprese. C'è un fix?
