Usual standard installation
-Make Backup (NVRAM and UBOOT too !!!)
-Full Wipe (excluding external SD)
-Install New ROM
-Reboot

Ok, halfway back: by powering down fully I could then get the first boot menu with Power + Volume Down and from there TWRP could be started, now waiting for Restore of system + boot to finish.
i installed gapps via TRWP and runs fine, btw i use TRWP 2.7.0.0 for gapps snd for the Rom
