DESCRIPTION
This rom is a backup of the stock android on Coolpad 8017-t00.
No files deleted, only rooted to backup the rom. (Second firmware is rooted and all the non multilingual apps are gone, google apps in instead. 
)
You need to extract the package , run the driver installer , then open flashtools as administrator ( not needed on xp ), and open the scatter file from the rom folder , you will notice uboot is unchecked , you can add it by clicking the colored bar after its name , and browsing then scrolling to the bottom of the window then clicking on it.
Click download!
All set, now to flash , turn off the phone , hold volume up , connect the phone via usb to pc , flashing starts automatically, now you can let go, but do not disconnect the cabe!
At the end of the process the integrity check will run , to ensure the rom is downloaded correctly.
Green circle shows its done.
Thats all, now disconnect, hold power for 2 seconds, and use the phone as you like.

Also you can try the version wih google apps, chinese stuff removed, and works fast and stable. Rom dumped from my own phone ! Both , also i flashed back the rom works fine.
did you do everything as i wrote?
Reflash the phone , with the uboot selected, browse the uboot.bin from the flash directory , see the pictures for help.
