   Thank you very much for this ROM.
   For those wanting no gapps (like Hectra and me) – simply open the main zip and delete gapps folder beforehand. Note: otherwise (unlike in stock ROM) no amount of disabling Google’s integration allows you to disable ‘Google Play Services’ and ‘Google’.
   As for phantom touches and bright backlight problem: it seems they are influenced by higher internal temperature. Since this ROM has less background processes running (especially if you drop gapps), phantom touches occur less often and backlight could work stable on higher levels. To completely eliminate phantom touches one has to add electromagnetic screen (just a foil) around screen-to-board cable. And for backlight, I’m afraid, we’ll have to smolder more powerful dimming transistors (though I have no evidence of their type or even existence).

   Ziggy, I’ve spotted one problem with camera (after CameraFix.zip is applied). I’m using OpenCamera app. When capturing video it is unable to reduce frame rate in order to increase exposure. Neither automatically, nor manually. The reverse (decreasing exposure) works both ways. If I manually change framerate to 15 fps than it gives me brighter picture, but not as bright as it was on stock. org.cyanogenmod.snap (the built-in camera app in this ROM) can’t change exposure in either direction.
   Another (though cosmetic) problem is incorrect USB Vendor & Device ids. They are generic (MT67xx). Somewhere I’ve also seen reference to Doggee T6Pro.
   Don’t know how is this affecting the OS, but I see some references to MT6735 though UMI Diamond (not X ☺) is employing MT6753. Particularly, fstab has path /nvdata/fstab.mt6735. Do you know if this is an original UMI’s artifact?

     Hey there,

     i will try to test the cam issue. The Doogee T6pro strings are realy only cosmetic. The 6735 fstab are the same in the original Umi boot image but also seen them in all other 6753 roms that i know so that seems to be normal.

   Thank you for your update, I have a question oreo rom is possible or not possible for umi Diamond ? So It’s possible I have ready for donate for have a oreo rom…

     @qsdf12 : I dont think i will try to make an oreo rom, its much more afford than the phone is worth
