At some point you have failed to grant access to sdcard. Install Solid Explorer execute and follow this toturial

You can install Footej camera also. In first run when selected sdcard it asks for access permission.
@tenere600 Strange indeed! The camera works on me, I have the "old" version of the phone, which is greyish and not black at front. I don't know if this is the issue. Use the recovery the uploader provided and flash with full wipe.

Posted Partial Camera Fix for TWRP install.
For Video use Camu.
Camera flash only work in "ON" position. AUTO and RED-EYE freezes camera.
Still working on it.
This file can be flashed in RR also.
