I found this Rom online and i thought i should share it with you.
Its a Note3 port.It says its 4.3 jelly bean !! i dont know if its true.

Everything seems to work fine , call , sms , wifi ,3G, bluetooth and gestures (launcher , photos music and camera)
The procedure is simple , you need rooted phone with cwm –> copy .zip in sd card –> reboot in cwm –> wipe cache / data and dalvic –> install the zip from sd -> reboot.

center clock not working, any fix?

if we in sim card 1 WCDMA only and sim card 2 GSM + WCDMA . When you switch internet sim 2 …. does not see 3G network.
In other ROM installed not happen.

YouTube does work if you install an older version, don’t upgrade and it keeps working. I have version 2.1.6

I just press Back Button for more than two seconds and it goes away.. I read on the internet that there is a setting to disable (multi-window) permanently but I can't find it
