Here is a New CUBOT NOTE S Titanium
cubot Note S Titanium is based on cm13.1

rooted = no (install supersu zip for root)

Install Instructions:
Before you install Cubot Note S Titanium,
You must Flash TWRP 3.0.2 FOR CUBOT Note S Android 6, and Cubot Note S Stock Rom Android 6.0.X..
Download
Cubot Note S Titanium.zip
gapps
and
SuperSu
Copy the Zip Files to your External SDCard.
Have you Flash TWR an Stock Rom, Reboot to TWRP Recovery.
In TWRP, go to wipe and wipe dalvik-cache, System, Cache, Data and internal storage
Install:
Go to Install and install
Cubot Note S Titanium.zip
gapps
and
SuperSU
Is install complete, wipe dalvik/cache
and Reboot to System.

After copy from 6.0 stock: "Unfortunately, android.process.media stopped" that's the error that appears all the time, no chance to open file explorer, no chance to open gallery, no chance to open camera… fixing like described in some posts on the net like clearing cache google play app / google play services.. doesn't change anything.
Second try seems to work now. I think my restore from Titanium Backup (with update.zip via TWRP) destroyed the google apps then I got stuck in that media process-stopped error. So I tried this 2 ways which are working now:
Either 1.: Make a clean install of the rom and then before the first start copy the camera-lib-files from stock rom into /system/lib
or 2.: Restore your TWRP-backup and then copy camera-files before the first start.
Both ways worked for me.
Nice to know it works for others too. for me it seems to run loads faster as well for some reason. how about you? have you found any other bugs?
The only thing I see so far is with the gsm-indicator like "R0STEFAN" already said. Its very slow operating, doesn't seem to change the whole time.

mine is taking way too long to boot after flashing,its stuck on 'titanium'. been 20mins now and am getting worried
i download the room an its steel in titanium
@Corsinus: You are welcome, but I have problems with the gallery app and the edit button. The crop and rotate funciton doesn't work. Care to elaborate?
