Have you Flash TWR an Stock Rom, Reboot to TWRP Recovery.
In TWRP, go to wipe and wipe dalvik-cache, System, Cache, Data and internal storage
Install:
Go to Install and install
Cubot Note S Titanium v2.1
gapps
Is install complete, wipe dalvik/cache
and Reboot to System.

Gallery not working properly
Todavía sigue te tienendo lag, se queda un poco cogida algunas veces, en youtube los vídeos de 720p no funcionan solo hasta 480p se ven y la barra de cobertura sigue teniendo mala señal solo coge una ralla de cobertura
