Install ROM:
- Unpack FlashTools, and Click on Flash_tool.exe
- Select a the MT6582_Android_scatter_emmc.txt in ROM
- Wait file to be added into Flash Tool
- choose Option->USB Model,click USB Model
–> Choose Option->DA DownLoad All->Speed->High Speed, click High Speed
- Turn off your phone, remove the battery.
- "Press F9 (hit Download button)" OR " if upgrade ROM Firmware->Upgrade "
- and connect your phone into the computer via USB data cable.
- The process will start and a red progress bar will appear after color purple, yellow.
- And green circles display
- Finish !
- You can now safely disconnect your phone and turn it on.
※Please make a backup of your device before installing or updating ROM
I think it’s an error, there isn’t a Cubot S108 in the official web of cubot.

I do not recommend this ROM because it is all in reverse. Avoid it!

I just bought the cubot s108. I have installed the CUBOT S108_4600K0P2_CQ10_4031C_V006 rom. I had the V005 on it. The new rom seems to work, but there is huge problem with it : the screen is mirrored / backwards. Any thoughts?
Yes, I also had the same problem and I went back to the official ROM because this ROM was created incorrectly. Avoid it at all costs!
THX! I did the same thing. Do you guys now how to root this phone? After I did my research, the only way I found, is doing it with Vroot. Since it isn`t decided yet if it`s safe or not, I am looking for another method. Also if you know, where to find an english CWM for it, please let me know. Thanks in advance!
Yes, you can root it through Framaroot (http://forum.xda-developers.co.....o-root-t2130276. Take the latest 1.9.3 version). I tried and it worked for me. For recovery, you can download this small program (http://d-h.st/02b) that will sit touch recovery easily
