Just found it while checking update from mobile.
Cucuo92 is, i believe the most popular and bugless rom for k3 note.. Better than original stock rom. Everything is working fine.

Also noticed that the link say V1602 stable and in description you have written V1604. Now that's confusing.

Final question – is this pre-rooted?
Are you sure it is 5.1.1? Provide some screen shots
I have been using this vesion for 10 days (updated previous 03).
This is Android 5.1, VIBE UI 3.0, Build 1604_7.209.1, pre_rooted, multi_language, etc…
The only thing needs fixing after installation is the missing 'write to SD' permission, which can be easily fixed with SDFix_r7.apk or manually.
Besides everything works 100% (thanks to Cucuo92)!
for some reason Dead Trigger 2 closes after ±10 secs after the launch. Any idea why? Other games work fine.
A fresh ROM install (with Cache+Dalvik+System+Data+Internal Memory) solved the problem.
