1) Throw the file on the memory card
2) Go to CWM
3) Wipe data / factory reset, wipe cache patition
4) Install zip from sdcard
5) Choose zip from sdcard
6) Select the file, waiting for the end of the installation
7) Reboot system now

check your connection, I managed to update normally. but remember you have to is to upgrade with the original factory recovery. not the CWM – no Stock ROM updates for it
