Step for Installing CM12.1

1. Download the ROM (CM12.1)

2. Put at your SD Card
3. Go to TWRP
4. Wipe the Cache , Data , Dalvic and System
5. Install the ROM (CM12.1)

WARNING :
At first boot you need Install Immediately the G-Apps and after you install the G-Apps PLEASE ! REBOOT 2 Times (2x) your Phone to FIX Trebuchet Launcher (Black Screen)

CAN I FLASH IT DIRECTLY FROM TWRP I CURRENTLY HAVE 32-BIT OFFICIAL LOLLIPOP WILL THERE BE ANY PROBLEM IF I FLASH THIS OR ANY OTHER 65-BIT ROM

  Yes you can. The processor of p70 is ×64 and I am pretty sure the stock 5.1 is ×64.

  after you flash the rom and lose TWRP, flash the newer 2.8.7.7 TWRP
  
  you may need to try several scatter files to avoid the "PMT changed" error, the scatter from the S146 firmware worked for me

I really like this rom, thanks for all the efort you put into it. But is there anyway we can move our apps to sd? Or any update on this rom that could fix the problem?
