Question… will you also make CyanogenMod for P8 based on Android 4.4?
The rom is based on 4.2.2 because it was already running another device, I just made some changes to make it work in elephone P8. Maybe if a rom based on 4.4.2 is released for MTK devices I can try to make the port again.
Seen a rom lately based on 4.4.2 that is suitable for our P8?
Is there easy way to add s-view on this rom.

Try deleting the folder "modem" located in system\etc\firmware\
Seems to be creating some conflict with the 3G connection.
I do not know if it can be deleted directly on the phone, if not, you have to delete the folder in the zip file and install the rom again.

thank you for your suggestions. Deleting only the "modem" folder did not solve the issue, tried to reinstall the rom without that folder.
But your clue was good, there is a file named "modem_1_wg_n.img" in the same folder, I took the file from this rom: https://www.needrom.com/downlo.....ip-to-recovery/ and now I also have 3G
(for the record, currently "modem" folder is already deleted)

The Home Button doesn't work with this ROM (as the phone this ROM was built for doesn't have a Home button)- but I installed Antutu Benchmark 5 after installing this ROM and got a score of 30258 !!!
In this rom the home button does not work when the phone is locked, other than that it works normally.
