This rom is  multilanguange and without Gapps . Samsung Apps and unusable apps removed .

Download flashable zip file and Gapps zip file and move to root directory of your sdcard .

Go to TWRP home screen ,backup your existing rom(select data,system,boot,recovery and EFS ).

Then go to Wipe ->run factory reset->Advanced Wipe->wipe cahce and dalvik cahce .

Go to Install -> select cm-11-20141116-NIGHTLY-n7100 zip file to flash .

The first reboot takes few minutes but patient .

If you wish to install Gapps you need to boot into recovery mode again  and select Gapps zip file to flash . This custom rom is OTG supported .

Pls take note camera wil not work if sdcard removed .

Recommended apps for Samsung devices is Quick Reboot(root) from Google Play Store . The apps got more reboot option to select including downloadmode and recovery mode.
