DISCLAIMER:
This rom comes as is and fixes will be added later with the valuable help of the contributors mentioned below. It is the first time real lolipop on Inew V3. Build from source , not ported.
This Rom is dedicated to the memory of my loving father who bravelly passed away on the 29th of September.
I and the rest of my familly have lost a very supportive and strong pilar , a kind man who gived everything for you.
Tnx for all dad , rest now till we meet again.

INSTALLATION:
Warning BACKUP your internal storage data to an SD card , all will be lost!

Unzip file , open Flash tools , load MT6582_Android_scatter.txt, choose Firmware Upgrade and press Download button then connect phone without battery. When it is finished unplug phone and reboot to recovery and FORMAT DATA , without this you will not get the full internal storage!. When done reboot normal and let the rom install and optimize apps. DONE!
Root is included so is gapps , just enable developer options (many clicks on build number in about phone menu in settings) and enable root access for Apps and ADB. Advanced reboot menu is recommented too.
TWRP in already flashed. Access it via Vol+ and Power On from turned off phone or reboot to it from system after enabling advanved power menu.

Did a full flash format and reboot… device is stuck on boot logo. Is there a base rom to apply from?
Base rom? This is a full flash rom , all included!
After Flash tool is finished , don't reboot in system but recovery and FORMAT DATA , without this you will not get the full internal storage
I don't know what i can be doing wrong. I used SP Flash Tool and selected Format+Download. Write is successful.
I boot into TWRP recovery, goto WIPE and select FORMAT DATA. Then i select Reboot and System.
Phone just stays on lineage boot logo and doesn't progress… goes for over 45 mins and doesn't boot up.
Is there anything else i should try?
You did format not firmware upgrade so your nvram is gone , restore it!
