STEPS :
ABOVE ALL UNLOCK THE BOOTLOADER
Please follow carefully all the steps at the next link :
1 ) Put the CM_12.1_DEF.zip into your microSD.
2 ) Download & flash the next TWRP custom recovery :
https://www.needrom.com/download/homtom-ht3-pro-twrp-2/
3 ) To gain access to the custom recovery, press volume up & power buttons simultaneously. You will see 3 options (Recovery Mode/Fastboot Mode/Normal mode); use the volume up to move between the 3 options and volume down to confirm the Recovery Mode.
4 ) Swipe to allow modification (FUNDAMENTAL).
5 ) Tap Wipe, tap Advanced Wipe.
6 ) Check marks on Dalvik/ART Cache, System, Cache, Data and Internal Storage.
7 ) Swipe to Wipe.
8 ) Tap on Install (main screen of twrp).
9 ) Select Storage, Micro SDcard, OK.
10 ) Tap on CM_12.1_DEF.zip and Swipe to Confirm Flash.
11 ) Tap on Reboot.
12 ) BE PATIENT ! The first boot needs round 5 minutes.

Do not worry about the best rom for HT3 Pro users : I am going to port many custom roms, so they will get all kinds of possibilities.

Thanks a lot for this ROM.
Have been using it for hours and the only thing that needs improvement is the camera. Much lower resolution than on the original firmware.
It you can fix it, it will be flawless.

i rate it with 5 stars only because all its functions are working, but this rom is laggy and not running so smooth like vibe. if vibe bugs are fixed , it will be far the best , or if this whole lag in this rom is fixed.

go in deep sleep still there or is it OK?

Yes, battery life is biggest problem of HT3 Pro. You are genius Cleopatra Bianchi, do you have any idea how to extend battery life ? I read that ht3 pro has all cores working on 100% power all the time , is that true ?

I am not a genius. I have still to fix the focus camera bug. Now I am very busy. As soon as possible I will try to fix the focus camera bug.
Regarding to the all cores working on 100% power all time, that is only half-true. I mean that the cores sometimes are offline, but the time interval between offline and online is too short. Try to install 3C Toolbox Pro apk (go to CPU Manager, then try to set Ondemand governor … or try to go on Quick Control, tap on Android battery usage, then select battery saver). Another possible solution could be disable the led notifications with SQLite Editor apk, then install Light Manager apk to see all the notifications directly on the screen (also when the screen is turned off).
As soon as possible I will post a thread about SQLite Editor apk (with all the steps to how disable the led notifications) and how to install Light Manager.
