1. Install Patch_cm.zip (use cusrom Recovery).
2. Install Cyanogen 13 Stable, then Gapps file whitout reboot recovery. And then nvram file.
Don’t forget make all wipes before.

I have tried to install the rom but with no luck, i have followed the procedure installing all with TWRP 2.87 but at the end when i reboot to system my phone start a loop of reebot. Any advice?
Twrp 2.87 is orther kernel, you need recovery with kernel 3.4.67
