Take a nandroid backup
How to flash…
Flash ctr recovery ( use flashify )
Go to recovery mode and wipe cache, data, dalvik cache.
Now go to install from sdcard1
Locate cm rom.zip
Then g apps .zip
Reboot phone.
Done.
※Please make a backup of your device before installing or updating ROM

its awesome , no doubtable , but memory issue is a big problem , what is see in this CM13 ROM , My Device storage which is 1.49 GB is gone , I don’t know where it is and The internal storage where App install is my now device storage , what the hell is this ???? my device storage gone and now I am running on my app storage , can’t able to install high memory apps . . and one this , 2g is working I find a solution ,how … u should wait for 15 hrs after inserting Sim in this ROM . and then voila , 2g and 3g boths are working perfectly but auto rotation is a big problem after 5 min Auto rotation goes off even I turned on Evey time ,, only solution is reboot it .. it’s a bug .. over all for now I am using MIUI 8 on my MMX a093 , that’s a perfect ROM and you’ll get weekly updates from xiaomi ,, and Cyanogen is now turned off so you will not get any updates further in future In CM13 ROM

Download this zip & file flash via recovery this will fix internal sdcard. And Use apps2sd app. link all large apps to sdcard for more free space on data. & thanks for downloading.
