We know That cyanogen mod is dead but as a memory of it we are presenting the last snapshot of CyanogenMod before it was shut down
I managed to compile cm 14.1 from it
Instructions:
1. go to twrp
2. wipe system cache data dalvik cache
3. Factory reset if coming from another ROM.
4. Install ROM
