How to flash and use:

1. Download the ROM and Gapps.
2. Put the downloaded zip files on your SDCard
3. Reboot in Recovery (Requires TWRP 2.8.2 or higher already installed)
4. Wipe System, Cache, Dalvik Cache and Data Partition
5. Reboot in Recovery again.
6. Install ROM and Gapps.
8. Reboot system
9. Enjoy CyanogenMod

Good job, how did u succeed in fixing the fc of com.android.phone while hanging up? On mine (Italy) the name of the carrier is substituted by the id while shown in quick settings (there’s 22288 instead of Wind). The rom looks a bit laggy, even while just installed and I don’t get why u are going on with the umi boot.img that fakes 2 GHz as default.
Anyway thanks for your job, it’s hard to a find perfectly working pure cm13 (not RR or other derivatives) and yours seems to me among them.

  Hi, I do not understand why the id Wind not appear correctly. They are configured in system files. The XOSP and the RR has the same bug..

  Actually doing a carrier search, no one has the correct name, maybe there’s some incompatibility with Italian carriers.

  You foud the configs in battery option. But you can download a app from play store for force the doze mode. I use the Purify

I dit try 2, Broken and AOSP+OMS.

I find CyanogenMod for UMI Zero still the best
