Download the zip file (do not unzip it!), copy it to the internal memory (always remember that the Umi X3 does not have external sd card!) and installed via modded recovery (CWM or TWRP).

For KK 4.4'm working there. Hoi already built the rom and the 4.4.2 kernel. It all works but I have a black screen. I hope to resolve soon.
Guys, I have no problem you encountered. For the bootloop try to install the boot.img of the rom. For fotacamera change the file system / lib / libcameracustom.so
I was sure that all UMI Xe forreso equal. Apparently there are some variations to the hardware.

You've found the map!
I know that is not a CM11. The CM11 regards KK 4.4.x.
It is a port adapted to 4.2.2.
I recommend everyone to format the internal memory before flashing the rom and do the wipe-full-raset.
As for the home button, I am afraid that you should keep them as is. It's not a bug!
You have to know that the UMI X3 is a phone abstruse. The fact that the key is switched off if not with the original ROM is due to the kernel. Maybe I am the only one but listening to google music and pressing the volume button to in or decrease volume reboots the phone imidiately. Tried to reflash a but still the same problem.

Abnormalities may occur in the case of installation of rom before.
With SpFlashTools installed the original rom then install the TWRP recovery in 2710 and eventually installed the CyanogenMod11 by Iceman
i dont have the original rom.. and the one rom they is here .. doesnt work.. dont know where i can get the original rom :/
