         1. Copy 'QMobile_Noir-A2_D-Xperia_HD.zip' file to SDCard

         2. Turn off phone, then go to Recovery Mode by holding Vol-UP+Vol-DOWN+Power button, and press Volume UP or Recovery Mode.

         3. Select 'wipe data/factory reset', then select 'wipe cache partition'

         4. Then go to 'mounts and storage' menu, then select 'format /system'

         5. Go to main screen, select 'install zip from sdcard', then select 'QMobile_Noir-A2_D-Xperia_HD.zip' file.

         6. Wait until flashing is finished.

         7. Then go to 'advanced' menu and select 'Wipe Dalvik Cache'

         8. Voila! Custom ROM has been installed on your phone now! Enjoy using custom Noir A2 ROM!
