Finding issues with the network. I'm unable to connect to internet on my phone. WIFI is working fine. But 2G/3G/4G data is not connecting. Could someone help me out here.
I keep getting the notification related to "New Sim inserted and network preferences needs to be loaded" whenever i restart the phone.

This is the exact error:
"The network parameters need to be reloaded because SIM card has been changed. Your phone will reboot after reloading, please wait patiently."
But the phone never completes the setting and does not reboot either. Could you please help me out here as I'm not able to access data network for my phone.
FYI: I am using AIRTEL SIM card with 4G network. Have also tried out different APN settings for the phone.
Looking forward to some help here.
