There are no more active link in needrom for this, so I reproduce with few modifications to keep it up to date.

Apps – Non system (Uninstall able)
- Calendar replaced with Google Calendar
- Music player replaced with Black Player
- File Explorer replaced with ES File Explorer
- Browser replaced with Chrome
- Mail replaced with GMail
- Note replaced with Color Note.
- Optional SwiftKey beta keyboard
If you don’t like it, just uninstall and replace with your favorite apps.

Installation
Via TWRP standard procedure (I put through TWRP 3.0.2.7)
Note: After initializing completed, if you stuck at initializing screen, just pull out and reinsert the battery and manually power on. Everything should be OK.

im trying from 3.1 recovery its not install i got error 7
use twrp 3.2.0.0 by trixter127. It is fully compatible for installing marshmallow based roms.
Steps: reboot in recovery
Wipe:cache,dalvik,internal sd,data
Install:rom
Reboot:system

Ofcourse you can.But Oreo Roms might give you two errors while updating partitions but it won't be a problem
