For bootloader unlock all the files are taken from https://github.com/TomKing062/exec_addr_v2/releases/download/v1.0/ums9621_Meizu_Note16.zip except for fld1-dl.bin (but probably the original one from the meizu zip would had worked as well).

About dump nv partitions come from original firmware (because it's not a good idea to put ones with imei online), so be aware and ensure to backup your own ones or use paid tools to rewrite your own imei (assuming you lost it).
