Did not find anything relevant or official, but some mods on russian forums said something about bugfixes and system optimization.
I updated from V19.
I can tell that some drivers may be updated, GPU in particular. I had some problems with Youtube App (random video freezes) on V19, but it works just fine on V20, it even loads videos faster and 720p plays smoothly all the time. Scrolling in Nova launcher and long lists with album artworks (Shuttle music playes) is also much smoother. Viewing Instagram Stories is quicker too. I dont have any numbers to compare, its just pure observation, but that Youtube thing was obvious immediately. It seems that some system apps have been updated too, because Clock app has a bit different icons and color scheme (or not, I'm not sure). Also storage sizes in Storage are counted much faster.
Can't say anything about battery percentage, since I use xposed with GravityBox (so I have battery percentage whenever I want). As for battery life, looks the same, but that is hard to compare one day after updating. So far, it does not seem to be worse than on V19, but I doubt that its better (how can you tell that it lasts 5% more anyway…). Those performance increases may be due to different settings on system CPU governor (which i cant confirm or deny) and that could mean that battery life may be shorter.

I have tried and it is very good, but if you want to root it, you need to flash SuperSu through TWRP because I tried to root it via Kingo Root on phone and then on PC but it was failed.

There is no valid bin file to chose in SP Flash tool inside that zip file. How do I flash it using SP Flash Tool? I tried to add bin files from unpacked zip, but it just spits out errors. Since its zip file made for stock system updater (maybe I can flash it with TWRP?).
update: maybe thats because provided scatter file gives me ERROR: 8417 (solition found for this error did not help), adding img files gives me "please check the load image file is correct or not" error. I also downloaded rom using three different browsers on two operating systems, just to be sure, even visited Doogee website to get the official link to the file (ok, link to google drive is the same). Used SP Flash Tool version v5.1524.00 and 5.1628, no difference.
SOLVED: my windows did not cope with chinese letters in folder name, I renamed the folder where the zip file was extracted and it worked.
Unticking cache and user data kept all files, but dont forget to flash TWRP, since recovery.img in V20 rom will replace it (and after that, flash SuperSU zip in TWRP)… (i had to install xposed again too)

I flashed it on new motherboard (-b) unckecking preloader and lk and it works pretty fine.
