Step 4: Brush complete, restart the phone

the phone loops in the start screen again and again. what i'm doing wrong?

i have a Eastcom W 1,i want to flash my phone so i already download W1-lewa.zip,W1-S4-0605.zip and i am follow all metord to install but i can not sucessful,
please help me ASAP.
