ECOO E04 Aurora Plus 3GB 5.0 multilanguage stock rom with TWRP 2.8.6.0 included.
I suggest you to flash it with SP_Flash_Tool_exe_Windows_v5.1516.00.
Install Mobileuncle MTK Tools and tap on "Into Recovery Mode". Download the proper version of Mobileuncle MTK Tools (for device with SoC MT6752) from the link below. The present version (available on the "store") doesn't works because it's impossible modify the parameters in "EngineerMode". Thanks to the version below, you will be able to modify these parameters.

Have you tried to flash it via twrp recovery?

The only rooting tool that can help us to acquire root permissions is "iRoot" (I personally tested all most famous rooting tools, without success). Unfortunately, the rooting with "iRoot", involves the installation of an unpleasant apk called "Kinguser". This app can not be uninstalled; also it prevents the installation of "SuperSU". I have tried to uninstall it following the steps suggested at the next link:

But I was not able to uninstall it; try the method suggested in the link … maybe you will be luckier than me

It is only for Ecoo e04 Aurora Plus 3GB.
I´ve installed, and rooted, flashed superSU using TWRP, still showing 28/05 build, is this the same buidl with TWRP added?
