Official ROM Elephone P6S version: 2706_v92_tg_sx_20140109
Gapps include – No Rooted
Language support: Multilang
Install ROM:
- Unpack FlashTools, and Click on Flash_tool.exe
- Select a the MT6592_Android_scatter_emmc.txt in ROM
- Wait file to be added into Flash Tool
- choose Option->USB Model,click USB Model
–> Choose Option->DA DownLoad All->Speed->High Speed, click High Speed
- Turn off your phone, remove the battery.
- "Press F9 (hit Download button)" OR " if upgrade ROM Firmware->Upgrade "
- and connect your phone into the computer via USB data cable.
- The process will start and a red progress bar will appear after color purple, yellow.
- And green circles display
- Finish !
- You can now safely disconnect your phone and turn it on.
※Please make a backup of your device before installing or updating ROM
this method did not work

at last this method works but it is the same android 4.3 which has bugs in volume " low speaker volume "

Not clear what you said? At your text wrote "ro.build.version.release=4.3.1", and after installation wrote in my P6S still 4.3.1. Why you said it is 4:2:2?
ro.build.id=JDQ39 —-> 4.2.2
and
ro.build.description=e2706_v92_tg_sx-user 4.2.2 JDQ39 eng.root.1389239304 test-keys —–> 4.2.2
How I can see that in my P6S?
About your rom detail info where wrote 4.2.2
Can I see with some APK info that is ro.build.id=JDQ39?
I tried Rom Customizer and again wrote only 4.3.1 release, but in Incremental wrote:
eng.root.1389239304

to be sure click setting – more – about phone
then click several times on android version , and you will see .
