Hello,
This is a Elephone Stock ROM with the latest update (20150807). It can be used as a base rom for porting. I have made that stock rom that can be flashed via TWRP. You don't need SpFlashTool to flash it 
Features:
- Kernel is Rooted and has ADB support for using Android Commander, taking logcat …
- Pre-rooted
- Updated all google apps
- Removed the absurd 3G icons in SystemUI

yeap everything is working. i didnt do too much things on the rom. i just converted from sp flash img to twrp zip
and made some changes.
what about installing app to sd card?

the recovery was very easy. After reinstall the google apps everything works fine, including all sensors. thanks!
cannot find scatter.txt file please help
As i said in the OP, That stock rom zip is not for ''flash tool '' so it doesnt have scatter file. you can ( you have to) install it by using TWRP .

Which version from TWRP can I use for upgrade?
With P7000-TWRP-2.8.6.0 doesn't work.
