guys this rom is given by a brand which has rebranded x7 elite as passion z+.
i will be posting the youth version as soon as i get the rom in my hands which will be around 4-5 days.
Nice effort but this is just android 4.2.1. The android version is just altered to 4.4.
This is just fake ROM,essential Kitkat features missing.
Without iOcean releasing their source code there will never be a real KitKat rom for our phone and iOcean will not release a 4.4 rom for the phone themself
guys this is from a company called wickedleak rebranded the iocean as passion z and z+ so they have made the rom available for indian customers.checkout wammy passion z+ in wickedleak.org

Yep it is Android 4.2.1 with a touch of KitKat ie the launcher but not much more, it is also really strang to first flash the gapps(4.2.1) and then the rom according to that site. Really strange
This is indeed just a visual upgrade to 4.4. If we all just kindly contact the Iocean Company with the request if they would please make the source code available and/or make an upgrade tot 4.4 for all the Iocean X7 versions.
I just check with service team of Iocean, they said that 3rd party is working for kitkat 4.4. Bravo Icoean teams.
