Note: This launcher is not designed for flashing in TWRP! For installation instructions, unpack the zip file. Once you've unpacked it, click on the Emui Launcher.apk file. Click it to see if you want to install the app. Click "Install" and the app will install. If you want to know where this launcher came from, it's from my Huawei P8 Lite, which I bought from the Polish Play operator.
